The Sainuosheng Gene Therapy Park project has entered the acceptance stage of each section

Since the start of the Sainuosheng Gene Therapy Park project in May 2016, it has received the care of leaders at all levels of the company. With the efforts of all staff in the project department, the final concrete pouring was completed on December 18, 2017, and the Sainuosheng Gene Therapy Park was finally safely and smoothly topped out. On March 29, 2018, the main body passed the qualified inspection of the quality supervision department, which is a blessing for the people of Saibainuo and a pride for the Shenzhen gene industry.

1、 Project Introduction

Sainuosheng Gene Therapy Park is located in Nanshan District Science and Technology Park, Shenzhen. The plot is bordered by Gaoxin Middle Road to the north, Gaoxin Middle Road to the east, Gaoxin Middle Road 2 to the south, and Nanhai Avenue to the west; This project is divided into a research and development building and a dormitory building; The main functions are industrial research and development buildings and dormitories. The first floor of the R&D building is the lobby, industrial R&D space, and commercial area, the second floor is the parking lot, and floors 3-23 are industrial R&D spaces; The height of the R&D building is 104.60 meters, the first and second floors of the dormitory building are property and activity rooms, and the third and 24th floors are accommodation rooms. The height of the dormitory building is 86.750 meters. The building area is 72830.5 square meters, constructed by MCC Construction Group Co., Ltd. and supervised by Henan Boke Engineering Management Co., Ltd. The R&D building has a comfortable and spacious office environment, modern supporting facilities, and can accommodate tens of thousands of people at the same time. At that time, a Nobel workstation for tumor genes, an academician workstation for tumor genes, a postdoctoral mobile workstation for tumor genes, a tumor expert studio, a tumor gene therapy museum, a multifunctional hall, and a large conference room will be set up simultaneously. The two levels of the living facilities center serve as restaurants that can accommodate thousands of people dining at the same time. In addition, an aerial garden is provided for employees, allowing them to enjoy fulfilling leisure time during busy work.

2、 Strictly control the quality

We have established a weekly work meeting system based on the organizational structure of the project department, and conduct a safety inspection of the project every Monday morning at 8 o'clock. We inspect the safety production of the project for the week and supervise and track the rectification of the problems found during the safety production meeting in the evening. The weekly safety meetings of the supervising party and the construction unit are held as scheduled from the beginning of the project to the completion of the main body, ensuring the careful inspection of the safety and quality of the project. Quality is the life of engineering, safety is the guarantee of production, and quality and safety determine the success or failure of engineering construction.

The project department is also ensuring the quality of raw materials at the source, strictly controlling the entry and acceptance of materials, components, finished and semi-finished products, and conducting "three checks", "three pairs", and "one retest" inspections on incoming steel, cement, bricks, sand, stone, and commercial concrete. The "three checks" refer to the requirement that material manufacturers have business qualifications; Check the factory certificate of conformity; Check the quality assurance information of the three inspection reports. The "three pairs" refer to whether the name and specifications of the material meet the requirements; Whether the quantity of the two pairs meets the original plan; Whether the quality of the three pairs meets the design standards; Finally, samples were taken under the witness of the supervising engineer on site and sent to a qualified laboratory for retesting. Only after passing the test can they be used in the project, greatly improving the quality requirements of the building. In 2018, our main focus was on indoor engineering, especially the construction of secondary structures. Prior to construction, we provided technical briefing to the masonry engineering personnel and strictly followed the design and specification requirements for construction, particularly controlling the fullness, verticality, and flatness of the mortar joints. To promote model leadership, first create a good model, which will be evaluated and qualified by third-party engineers before proceeding with large-scale construction. In September 2018, the fine decoration of the indoor public areas began construction, including the dry hanging marble in the elevator lobby and the wall tiles in the public walkways. In response to the characteristics of large decoration engineering volume, wide coverage, multiple processes, multiple cross construction, and mutual influence among various types of work, the project department organized elite and experienced management personnel to advance in parallel in the east and west areas, with unified leadership, unified command, strengthened management, and enhanced coordination work. The construction was carried out carefully to ensure that the project was completed on schedule.

3、 Completion acceptance

On November 27, 2018, Shenzhen Nanshan District Power Supply Bureau accepted the power supply equipment of the project, marking the final commissioning of the building before its electrification.

At present, the Sainuosheng Gene Therapy Park project has entered the comprehensive acceptance stage of each section. The indoor and outdoor drainage work has been completed, and comprehensive cleaning work has also begun on each floor. The successful implementation of the gene therapy project's acceptance work fully demonstrates the unified thinking, brave dedication, and refined management of all staff at Sinogene. At the same time, it reflects the characteristics of high standards, high quality, and high requirements of Sainuosheng people. The smooth progress of the gene therapy park project has laid a more solid foundation for future development.
