New Employee Training Experience - zuoxuan

The one-day onboarding training for new employees has ended. Although it came a bit late, it still gave me a deeper understanding of the company's growth process, current development status, and future planning, and clarified my work goals and development direction. As a member of the equipment department, I am also aware of my responsibilities and obligations to contribute to the development and growth of the company. I summarized some experience in this training and hope that it can be better summarized and applied in the future work.

1、 To discover a big platform, one must closely follow it, and then be grateful to the big platform in order to become a person with great achievements. Through the DVD screening of "Company and Product" and online search, we learned about the company's overview. We learned that the company's independently developed product, recombinant AP53 adenovirus injection (now born again), has created two gene therapy new drugs that have been officially approved for market:; What a great honor it is to have obtained and published the 6-year follow-up results of large-scale clinical application of gene therapy drugs for the first time internationally! What a huge development platform! In the equipment department, we must make every effort to ensure the normal operation of the equipment with high quality and quantity, provide comprehensive logistical support, and follow the company's platform to move forward together, achieving the company's own success.

2、 Vice President Wang Haijun gave a speech on the company's management philosophy, corporate culture, and development strategy, with clear goals, concerted efforts, and full commitment. The company aims to 'build a world-class biopharmaceutical leader', 'establish a global benchmark for gene therapy', and 'make unremitting efforts to defeat cancer for humanity, bringing hope and good news to cancer patients'. This is a noble cause and also a cause full of light and hope. Our equipment department will assist the production department and quality inspection department in their work, providing high-quality and timely logistical support. At the same time, we will study and understand new processes and equipment carefully, pursue higher standards, and strive to achieve the company's development strategy ahead of schedule.

3、 Managing oneself and influencing others, the Equipment Department is a relatively special department that not only ensures the normal operation of public equipment but also provides technical support of different standards for special equipment in the workshop. This requires us to work rigorously, meticulously, and comprehensively, and to repair, maintain, and debug equipment according to system standards in every aspect. That is to say, to enable each person in the equipment department to have the ability to work independently, while also being able to integrate into a whole at all times. This requires us to manage ourselves, influence others with our integrity, honesty, and efficiency, and share the results of our work. Especially Vice President Hu Aiguo's presentation of the 'Overview of Sino Life Company' gave me a clearer understanding of the company's blueprint and a dream for the company. This requires oneself to have the ability to influence others.

4、 The cultivation of a sense of ownership, with the rapid construction of the company's' Shenzhen Gene Therapy International Exchange Center 'building, all platforms of the company are advancing rapidly, and there are more and more things to be done, which also requires us to abide by the company's rules in everything we do. Manager Wenjing talked about the company's management system, rules and regulations, and management procedures. All of these cannot be just words, but must be strictly implemented and consciously followed, cultivating a sense of ownership, which is also a consciousness of 'managing oneself and influencing others'. At the same time, Zhang Fengchuan, the Party branch secretary and vice president, also emphasized the importance of 'loving the Party and loving the enterprise education': good enterprises in the country will also benefit individuals.

For the above points, I will enrich and improve in my work practice, and wish the company better and better!
