今又生疫苗是基于Gendicine（重组人p53腺病毒）体内使肿瘤局部过量表达野生型p53的前提下，体外将Gendicine直接导入DC细胞中，利用DC强大的呈递功能，进一步激活患者p53特异性T细胞免疫应答的一种全新的基因型疫苗治疗技术。
The Gendicine Vaccine is a new genotype vaccine treatment technology. It based on the premise that Gendicine (recombinant human p53 adenovirus) overexpresses wild-type p53 locally in tumors，Gendicine is directly introduced into DC cells in vitro, and the powerful presentation function of DC is used to further activate the p53-specific T cell immune response of patients.
