We have established a strict intellectual property protection system through the following measures:

1. Conduct rigorous and systematic training for Scinosen's management personnel and research team to enable them to have a clear understanding of the importance of intellectual property security.

2. Prevent customer information from spreading in any form.

3. The experimental area must be divided in a standardized and reasonable manner.

4. Experimental records must be strictly monitored, managed in a standardized manner, and archived. The experimental records do not leave the laboratory, but can be submitted to the client at any time according to their requirements; Electronic data must be protected by comprehensive network system information security measures.

5. Ensure that all Scinosen employees comply with relevant regulations in accordance with company policies.

6. Every employee of Scinosen will sign a confidentiality agreement before joining the company.
