CAR-NK Immunotherapy Project
The unique advantages of SBN-CAR-NK cells compared to CAR-T cells:
1. SBN-CAR-NK cells do not induce GvHD in the recipient;
2. SBN-CAR-NK cells are suitable for large-scale production;
3. SBN-CAR-NK cells have cancer antigen-specific CAR and non-specific innate receptors, and stronger anti-cancer effects are expected;
4. The safety suicide gene (EGFRt) has been added to the CAR construction, and if necessary,using Cetuximab to clear SBN-CAR-NK cells injected into the body;
5. SBN-CAR-NK cells do not express CD16.
